Common questions.
What counts as a connected service?
One credential pairing — for example, your OpenAI API key, your Cloudflare account, or your Claude Code session. Up to three of these are free, on any combination of providers.
Is there a free trial of Pro?
No trial. The free tier is the trial: real product, no time limit, three services included. Upgrade only when you actually need a fourth.
How do I cancel?
From the Lemon Squeezy customer portal linked in your receipt email, or from inside the app under Settings → License.
Do you offer team plans?
Not yet. AISpendr is currently aimed at individual developers; team accounts and shared licenses are on the v2 roadmap.
What happens to my data if I downgrade or cancel?
Nothing — your data has always been on your machine. Downgrading just re-applies the 3-service cap. Existing connections beyond three keep their snapshots; they're just paused until you reconnect within the free limit.
Where does payment happen?
Lemon Squeezy. They handle cards, VAT/GST, and license issuance. We never see your card details.
Can I get a refund?
Within 14 days, yes — email support@aispendr.com.
Is AISpendr available on Windows or Linux?
macOS only at v1. Windows and Linux are not on the near-term roadmap.
